Project Description
In 2025, we were approached by Stephanie Lacroix, a Coaching and Family Constellations practitioner based in the Netherlands, seeking an update for her website. Stephanie’s practice focuses on providing personalized coaching and family constellation therapy, and she needed a modern, user-friendly website that reflected her professional expertise and connected with her clients on a deeper level. Our task was to redesign her online presence to enhance usability, improve visual appeal, and ensure the site effectively communicated her services and values.
Our goal was to create a website that not only showcased Stephanie’s unique approach to coaching and therapy but also provided an intuitive and engaging experience for her clients. By incorporating a clean, minimalist design and seamless navigation, we aimed to make it easy for visitors to explore her services, book sessions, and connect with her. The updated website now serves as a powerful tool for Stephanie to grow her practice and establish a stronger online presence, helping her stand out in a competitive field while staying true to her mission of supporting personal and familial healing.
Web Design
We started by thoroughly analyzing the mood and tone of Stephanie’s existing website to ensure the redesign felt familiar yet elevated. Our goal was to create something subtle yet impactful, so we chose a refined color palette featuring shades of gray, black, and an accent orange to evoke warmth and professionalism. These colors were carefully selected to reflect the emotional depth of her coaching and family constellation practice while maintaining a modern and approachable aesthetic. Using Figma, we experimented with layouts and typography to ensure the design told a cohesive story, guiding visitors through her services and philosophy seamlessly.
Once the visual direction was finalized, we focused on crafting a responsive design that adapts beautifully across all devices, from desktops to mobile phones. We prioritized intuitive navigation and clean, structured layouts to ensure users could easily explore her offerings and connect with her work. Every element, from button placements to spacing, was thoughtfully designed to enhance usability and create a smooth, engaging experience. The result is a website that not only looks visually stunning but also effectively communicates Stephanie’s story and values, making it easy for her clients to understand and connect with her mission.
Web Development
Once the design was finalized, we brought it to life using SvelteKit, Tailwind CSS, and Prismic CMS to ensure the website was not only fast and responsive but also easy to manage. SvelteKit allowed us to build a highly performant and dynamic site, while Tailwind CSS enabled us to maintain a clean and consistent design system. Prismic CMS was integrated to give Stephanie full control over her blog content and other editable sections, making it simple for her to update the site without needing technical expertise.
We prioritized clean, well-documented code to ensure the website was easy to maintain and extend in the future. Rigorous testing was conducted to guarantee seamless performance across all devices, with a strong focus on readability and usability. The codebase was structured to make future updates straightforward, empowering Stephanie to manage her website with confidence. This combination of modern tools and thoughtful development practices resulted in a website that is both visually stunning and highly functional, meeting all her needs and more.
Graphic Design
For the visuals, we crafted a clean and modern design using a minimal color palette of black, gray, and an accent orange shade. This combination created a professional yet warm aesthetic, perfectly aligning with Stephanie’s coaching and family constellation practice. We chose Poppins as our primary font—a geometric sans-serif typeface known for its clarity and versatility. Its modern and friendly appearance complemented the overall design while ensuring readability across all devices.
To establish a clear visual hierarchy, we used bold weights for headings and lighter weights for body content, making it easy for users to navigate and focus on key information. Every element, from spacing to alignment, was thoughtfully arranged to guide the user’s eye naturally through the website. This intentional design approach not only enhanced the visual appeal but also created an intuitive and engaging experience for visitors, helping them connect with Stephanie’s story and services effortlessly.
Final Product
The final product was a beautifully minimal website that tells Stephanie’s story while providing visitors with easy access to her services, blog, free resources, and contact information. The design’s simplicity and focus on storytelling create an engaging and intuitive experience, allowing users to connect with her work effortlessly. Additionally, the website’s performance saw a significant improvement, loading faster than its previous version, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
