Creating an appealing website can be a challenging process. People often suggest starting with a pen–and–paper wireframe, then moving to design tools like Figma to add colors and images. But it’s not uncommon to feel like something’s missing, wondering, “Why doesn’t it look right?” I know that feeling all too well; I often find myself questioning my designs and wondering what improvements could make a difference.

In this blog, I’ll share some sources of inspiration that help me enhance my designs by learning from others. There’s no shame in borrowing ideas or code when it can elevate your site.

I want to share something important: it’s normal to feel overwhelmed by others design’s, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced developer. When I first created Designah’s website, my initial version was far from great, and I rebuilt it after seeing other agency sites. While they inspired me, their complex animations made me question my skills.
I realized many of those sites were built with tools like Framer or Webflow, which made things easier. I pushed through, and now I’m proud of my website. Designah may not be perfect, but it stands out in its own way.
Don’t be discouraged—focus on your growth and keep moving forward!
